Empire Pizza in New London

I just tried to place an order here, my second order ever at this location,(my first was a walk in to order) and after placing my order the girl told me “sorry we can’t place your order because it says you canceled an order after it was made” and hung up. I have never placed an order for delivery before as I just moved to this area.... The only other order I placed here was a recent walk in order I waited for and paid first. I can’t believe the lack of customer service and not willing to fix this issue!? My business will be going elsewhere!!! I do not recommend. This shows a lot from the business.

I love there party pizza

Very high quality and very fresh ingredients on their specialty pizzas. Don't be fooled by the look of the store. This place is easily my favorite New London pizza place. Better than a number of high profile local establishments. The staff are friendly too.

I just want to order a pizza and have been calling for about 15 minutes and no one even picks up the phone lmaooo don’t even waste your time, my money will go elsewhere 🤷🏼‍♀️

Order honey bbq boneless wings and bbq wings and even said the order back correct get home with order and had flipped the sauce so neither one of us got to enjoy the wings we wanted 50 dollars later and left unsatisfied

Again my fav goto for slice pizza when in the area.. For the price itz the best by far. Also their daily special. 2 slicez & Snapple for around 5.00- 6.00 if u tip. Still not a bad deal!!!! Itz the best ..THANX EMPIERE PIZZA!

Friendly service, great pizza! The shop looks a little quaint but the food was out of this world. Loaded with toppings, served piping hot, and you can sub out the ingredients in their specially pizzas. Big selection, made to order on hand stretched dough. The guys working were cool with us hanging out at the park across the street while we waited. Definitely recommend!

I've ordered many times and delivery was ok. I called tonight but was told my address was too far now. Why?

The Absolute best Pizza because of the Crust with their Signature Corn meal on the bottom ! Not to mention the Mouth watering flavor ! 😜 A MUST try for All pizza lovers who think they've had the best pizza, try here and you'll be addicted lol

My family has ordered here many, many times and we are always extremely satisfied! Grinders are so fresh and packed full! Pizza is so delicious! Apps are spot on! I don't mind paying for good, fresh and delicious food! The menu has tons of options! Their gyro is heaven! A must try!

Took kind of long but food was still warm. Plenty of fries with bbq wrap but a tad saggy. Wrap was delicious, person accommodated fried chicken instead of grilled (ty). Gyro was good. Would eat from there again :)

Very good, but not worth the trip over the river from Groton. We have comparable ones there and more affordable. If we lived close by, we would hit this more often. I would recommend it. Had stopped by to pick up a pie while on the way home after a busy day.

Everything was perfect

The food is good however the customer service on the phone is bad. Whoever answers the phone is rude, short and probably does not care about the business because it's not theirs. It's to bad because I work in walking distance and would patronize it more but customer service is important to some people. I would rather drive somewhere else than be made to feel like I'm bothering a business when I call.

Wraps are very generous with fillings (Chicken bacon ranch wrap, to name one). Love their pizza crust and pizzas. We especially like the California Dream (Roasted peppers, eggplant, black olives, mushrooms, and mozzarella). Have had their Party Size sheet pizzas in the past. Haven't been disappointed over the years with any of the food we've ordered.

Best pizza in New London! They shred their own cheese, make the sauce and the dough and cook it to perfection. Highly recommend! Be wary for long wait times Friday and Saturday as they get extremely busy. The owners are wonderful as well.

We ordered for the shop today and got a call from a really nice guy saying the oven went down. This was really fummy to me as this was the second place that had to cancel our order. The guy on the phone was great we had a bit of a chuckle. We will order next week. Have a great day guys!

horrible pizza horrible attitude we will never order from this disgusting place again!!! Maybe you should get another carrier if you hate your job! Never give the customer a attitude for no reason!!!

2 slices of pizza & a Coke for under $6. Was delicious. Highly recommend.

Great food and pizza. Service is good a smaller area. Normally I order for delivery because of my school being nearby there. But out of all the other pizza places around there, I would trust this place the most.

Chicken parmigiana was to die for! It was fried perfectly and the sauce e is amazing! Also It was huge.

Ollie is amazing at what he does and always calm no matter how busy they get the whole crew is good so try and have some respect when you go in and remember perfection is a process that can't be rushed

Overpriced and greedy. Prices are in line with area restaurants of higher quality and reputation. They refuse to honor the prices on their online ordering menu and do not seem keen on updating it. I believe the restaurant is under new management because it used to be much better. On top of their ambitious pricing, be prepared for delivery fees (which of course are not tips paid to your driver), debit/credit fees, standing in line fees etc. Pay the same for Ocean Pizza or Illiano's for a better experience.

Great food and very friendly service. We order from here maybe once a week or so and we are always happy with the quality. Great takeout anytime!

I asked for additional condiments and they tried to charge an additional 80 cents? Bro I paid $10 for a slice of pizza and an order of French fries. Plus the pizza tasted like it was sitting there for a while. I’m good on this spot. Won’t get my money again
